The indoor dirt race is confirmed; Class payout and info
The Gateway Dirt Nationals is a famed indoor event in Downtown St. Louis, Missouri. The event sees full-size cars on a bullring dirt track inside the Dome at America’s Center.
The 2019 edition of the race was a thriller. It featured door banging action, all the way to the checkered flag in the super late model division.
The race features super late models as the headlining class. Additionally, dirt modifieds and dirt midgets are a part of the program.
Last year’s event was canceled. However, following an announcement today, the race will officially return in two months time…
Super late model’s will battle for $30,000 to win on Saturday, December 4th, 2021. View full payout info below. The full event will run from December 2-4, 2021.
2021 announcement
“In December, race fans have their eyes set on the Dome at America’s Center. Competitors and race fans from coast-to-coast flock to the downtown St. Louis spectacle and have grown accustomed to witnessing one of the most action-packed events take place that we all know as #DirtInDecember.”
“Last year (2020), the event was forced to be postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions, and it left a void that only the most passionate race fans can explain. However, event planners have great news for the upcoming 2021 event.”
“It’s A GO, on FLO! The December 2nd – 4th Castrol Gateway Dirt Nationals presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts is on as scheduled at the Dome at America’s Center. Event management has been busy behind closed doors working on several major event changes as well as confirming many important event details.”
