Winchester Speedway Owner Charlie Shaw Robbed Following Event
Winchester Speedway owner Charlie Shaw robbed in Indiana. Randolph County Sheriffs Department believe the home of Charlie Shaw was robbed by criminals who are believed to have targeted the track owner after a racing event at the Speedway.

So yes, please share! Help catch these criminals and support local asphalt short track track owner Charlie Shaw. Racing is a small community and this individual or group of individuals have no business being a part of it, they need to put outed.
Glenn Luckett told Speed51.com that this theft will not slow or prevent any payouts to the competitors who participated in the two-day event.
Winchester Speedway was built in 1914. The speedway is claimed as the world’s fastest 1/2 mile paved track. The Winchester Speedway is first in family entertainment and first in racing action. They host a wide variety of racing series at the speedway year after year.

Between the hours of 6:00 pm Sept 1st and 4:30 am Sept 2, 2014, Unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the home of Charlie Shaw, owner of the Winchester Speedway. A large amount of cash and checks were stolen from the residence.
The burglary occurred after the conclusion of the annual Labor Day Weekend Stock Car Festival. It is believed the suspect(s) intentionally targeted Shaw’s residence after the weekend’s race.
Mr. Shaw is offering a $1000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s). Anyone with information can contact Detective Sergeant Jeff Riggins at (765)546-0512.
