WAYCROSS, GA (November 7, 2016) – Jonathan Davenport of Mount Airy, NC clinched the 2016 Lucas Oil TV Race Challenge Points Championship. The Lucas Oil TV Series is Presented by E3 Spark Plugs.

2016 Lucas Oil TV Race Challenge Points - Davenport

“It’s been another great year with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. I’d like to say thanks to Bad Boy Mowers and E3 Spark Plugs for their support of racing. The added bonus of the TV Race Challenge is a great opportunity for a driver to bank some extra cash,” stated Davenport.

The TV Race Challenge awarded points to drivers at the twenty-one televised events, within the series schedule. Davenport will receive a $10,000 bonus at the championship awards banquet.

Scott Bloomquist and Tim McCreadie, who finished second and third in the TV Race Challenge standings, will also receive cash awards.
