Dale Jr: “This shit again?”
Yesterday, the U.S. Court of appeals reviewed the “Earnhardt Collection trademark case. The case was filed by Teresa Earnhardt against Kerry Dale Earnhardt.
The term “Earnhardt Collection” was initially approved by the Trademark count. Teresa appealed that ruled with a different court. The U.S. appeals court ruled yesterday, that the case must be re-reviewed.
Dale Earnhardt Jr commented on the case re-surfacing. He stated, “This shit again?”
Dale Jr continued, “Damn I hate this for my brother. He’s a good soul and my father would be proud of him and what he’s accomplished.”
Kerry Earnhardt responded to Dale, “Thank ya bro! We all turned out pretty good! Dad was proud of us! He’d be bragging like crazy about our family today! Miss that man”
Bob Pockrass of ESPN, called it a ‘small victory’ for Teresa Earnhardt. Kerry Earnhardt has responded to those terms.
