Former NASCAR champion finds a ride for 2024

Brett Moffitt won the 2018 NASCAR Truck Series championship; He’s found a ride for 2024

Brett Moffitt won 6 races en route to the 2018 NASCAR Truck Series championship for Hattori Racing Enterprises.

Since his truck championship, the driver has raced for GMS Racing, Niece Motorsports, AM Racing, Rackley WAR and Front Row Motorsports in the Truck Series. Last season, he ran full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

The driver had just one NASCAR Truck Series start in the 2023 season. And in that attempt, he took Front Row Motorsports to victory lane at Talladega Superspeedway.

He’s yet to make a start in the 2024 season.

Now, Moffitt has found a ride. He’ll drive the No. 1 truck for TRICON Garage in multiple races this season in the new deal.

He’ll make his debut at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, KS on May 4.

Brett Moffitt comments

“I’ve been eager to get back behind the wheel and I’ve been looking for the right team that can consistently compete for wins,” Brett Moffitt stated via a team release.

“TRICON has shown a lot of speed this year and I’m looking forward to getting in the No. 1 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro at Kansas Speedway in a couple of weeks.”

He added, “Thanks to Toyota, TRICON, Concrete Supply, Destiny Homes and all of our partners for giving me the opportunity to get back on track and chase trophies.”

The truck will have sponsorship from Concrete Supply, Destiny Homes, JMT Trucking and Aspen Aire.
