Kyle Busch, “Well, do you love your job or not? Do like going to work? Do you want to work extra hard? Do you know do a good job for all of those around you that make the company successful?”

“Well, then you’re going to go out there and you’re going to run other races. For me, I enjoy my job. I love racing, I love racecars. I wanna go out there and do the best I can. In anything that I do.”

“I’m also helping, I feel like, facilitate people through the sport. Kyle Busch Motorsports has sent +15 people. From our place, through the Xfinity shop, to Joe Gibbs Racing that are working on our Cup cars.”

“I’m not easy on people either. If you aren’t good enough, you get [sent] out the door and you gotta go work somewhere else.”

Kyle Busch talks about his truck team, “I’ve got a lot of people over there that I really rely on. We make key decisions as a committee. If I’m really passionate about something, I make the call, I’m the end all. otherwise, I rely on all of our people.”

“I admire Brad for what he was able to do. I admire all the truck series teams for what they’re able to do. And what we’re all doing in this environment. Like Brad said, ‘It hadn’t gotten better.’ No different than Red Horse Racing. You gotta stop the bleeding somewhere.”

“For me, I’m having fun. As long as I can go out there and continue to give back to the sport. Continue to make people and excel people. I can go out there and have a little bit of fun while doing it.”

“I’m out there too, to teach some of younger drivers. Kinda follow them around and see what they’re doing. Hopefully, make them into what future stars are gunna be. We’ve sent a few of them through our place.”

It’s easy to criticize Kyle Busch. He concludes, “It’s even easier for people behind keyboards.”
