2017 Snowball Derby results from 5 Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Florida

This year, the field is stacked with NASCAR drivers. That’s no different than years prior. Similar to the Chili Bowl, this is a common event for off-season professionals.
Early, Bubba Pollard picked up right where he left off the night below. He led the field in the early laps. Pollard picked up the win in the Snowflake 100, the night previous.
A pit stop took place on lap 75. The adjustments made in the pits, mixed up the field as they went back green. Ty Majeski led soon after.
However, by lap 125, Kyle Busch made his first trip to the front of the field. Busch started in 15th position. He battled with Jeff Choquette as Bubba Pollard climbed back to 3rd.
Lap 150, Bubba Pollard back to the lead! But, the battle was on at the front. Bubba Pollard, Jeff Choquette and Kyle Busch all cycled out the lead position.
With just 10 laps to go, Kyle Busch found some extra speed. He shot to the front, taking the lead after 290 laps.
Kyle Busch drove off to win the 2017 Snowball Derby at Five flags Speedway. He collects the $25,000 payment.
