Report
They’ve pulled the scraper out ahead of the main event. They’ve smoothed the entire top side of the track in an attempt to widen the racing surface.
Green flag, Moyer Jr gets the jump on the outside lane. Strickler holds 2nd.
Most of the field is running the middle lane. The track is full of grip.
Lap 5, Tyler Erb looks inside of Strickler for 2nd. Next lap, Erb pulls the trigger and slides him for 2nd.
Strickler attempts to cross under him off turn two. They make contact, Strickler is around and the caution is out.
Green, Moyer Jr leads Erb. There’s a rut at the entry to turn one. Davenport rolls right through it and holds 3rd.
Lap 21, Moyer Jr works lap traffic and he has a push into turn one. Tyler Erb dives to the inside and doors him to get by. Erb holds the spot into turn three.
Lap 29, Owens is flying through the field. He’s climbed into the top five. Clanton gets into the left rear of Owens in turn four.
Owens is around and the caution is out! He’ll have to come from the tail all over again, light damage.
Green, Erb leads. Davenport attenpts to slide Moyer Jr for 2nd in turn three but he can’t complete the pass on the bottom.
The track is bad fast tonight. As they rut it up, Erb is driving away.
