Pocono Race
Stage 1 – Report
Laps: 25 (1-25 / 130)
Green flag, Larson is clear into turn one with a push from Logano. Byron falls to 3rd as Logano drives by on the outside lane.
Chase Elliott has damage on the left rear fender. He was in a stackup at the start. Preece also caught damage on that.
Lap 5, Larson struggles out of turn one. Byron drives right by into turn two.
Lap 9, caution for debris.
Chastain pits from inside the top 10. Most of the leaders stay out.
Green, Byron leads on the outside lane with a push from Larson. Kyle Busch and Kevin Haevick follow them through on the outside and they shove Logano back to 5th.
Lap 13
Lap 13, Cole Custer is in the wall on the straightaway. Custer moves up and Keselowski cut to the inside to cross under him before turn one. However, Custer didn’t come all the way up to throw the block. As he hung in the middle, Keselowski was already making his move and tagged him on the left rear. Keselowski to the pit lane.
Green, Larson shoves Byron clear into turn one. Larson and Kyle Busch run side by side for 2nd. Kyle Busch holds him off on the inside off turn one. Busch has a run on Byron into turn three, he slides him, puts him in dirty air and Kyle Busch leads.
3 to go in stage one, Almirola, Bowman and Bell hit the pit lane. As Bell exits, he goes a lap down.

Stage 2 – Report
Laps: 52 (26-77 / 130)
Busch leads most of the field to the pit lane. Several stay out, including Logano and Kurt Busch.
Green flag on stage two, Logano gets the jump on Reddick and he’s clear into turn one with a push from Kurt Busch.
Lap 37, Larson, Byron and Kyle Busch are slicing through the field. Larson leads that line as he cracks the top 10.
Lap 45, Logano and Kurt Busch hit the pit lane under green. Ross Chastain is handed the lead.
Lap 53, Ryan Newman spins out on his own off turn one and the caution is out.
Chastain leads most of the field to the pit lane. Byron wins the race to the pit exit with a two tire call. Kyle Busch and Kurt Busch line up on the front row.
Green, Kyle and Kurt Busch run side by side into turn one. Kyle Busch wins that battle via the outside lane.
Lap 59
Lap 59, Corey LaJoie runs wide as their three wide in turn three. He shoves Anthony Alfredo into the wall off turn three. LaJoie spins off turn three. Moderate contact with the wall and the caution is out.
Green, Kyle Busch gets the jump. Kurt Busch holds 2nd.
Penalty: Ricky Stenhouse Jr has been hit with a restart violation.
Lap 72, Ross Chastain is slow with a flat tire. He spins on the apron and the caution is out.
Kyle Busch hits the pit lane under the yellow. Nobody else inside the top 10 hits the pit lane.
Green, Kurt Busch gets the jump with a push from Logano. Blaney makes it three wide for 3rd into turn one.
2 to go in stage two, Larson looks inside of Logano for 2nd off turn three. 1 to go, he completes the pass in turn one.
Larson closes right to the bumper of Kurt Busch off turn three but he’s out of time. Kurt Busch wins stage two at Pocono Raceway!

Pocono Race
Stage 3 – Report
Laps: 53 (78-130 / 130)
The leaders stay out. Chase Elliott is one of the few on the pit lane.
Green flag on stage three, Kurt Busch leads into turn one with a huge push from Kyle Larson.
47 to go, Larson works inside of Kurt Busch as he dumps air on his left rear spoiler from a side draft. They run side by side in turn two, Larson drives it deep to the bottom and completes the pass. Busch crosses under him but can’t fight back as Larson has momentum on the outside of turn three.
40 to go, green flag pit stops are underway. Harvick takes a gamble with a fuel only stop. 38 to go, Larson pits from the race lead, four tires for him. Larson cycles out ahead of Harvick by 10 car lengths.
Pit Penalty: Matt DiBenedetto will serve a pass through for removing equipment from the box.
35 to go, Kyle Busch takes just four seconds of fuel, no tires and he cycles ahead of Larson.
28 to go, Hamlin leads as 7 cars have yet to pit. Larson is all over the bumper of Kyle Busch for 8th. Busch loses the nose behind lap traffic in turn one. Larson looks to the inside in turn two. They remain side by side into turn three but Busch holds him off via the outside lane.
23 to go, the caution is out for debris.
McDowell and others hit the pit lane for the final time. Kyle Busch cycles to the race lead.
Green, Larson pushes on the bumper pf Busch. Blaney pushes on the bumper of Bowman. Bowman leads into turn one and puts Busch in dirty air!
19 to go
19 to go, Larson looks inside of Busch in turn three. He side drafts him into turn one, dives to the bottom and takes 2nd away.
16 to go, Larson has climbed right to the rear bumper of Bowman.
13 to go, Larson looks to the inside of Bowman in turn one. He can;t make it stick, Bowman holds the lead.
8 to go, Larson has a run on Bowman off turn one. He looks to the inside in turn two but he can’t get there and Bowman holds the lead.
6 to go, Bowman struggles off turn three. He throws a block on Larson down the front stretch. Larson looks to the inside back in turn one but he can’t complete the pass!
4 to go, Larson enters turn one right on the rear bumper of Bowman. Larson loses the nose and pushes wide but he’s back in the throttle on the outside lane. Larson has momentum off turn one, he looks to the inside. They run side by side into turn two, Larson finally completes the pass.
3 to go, Larson is driving away.
1 to go, Kyle Larson has a flat tire into the final corner of the race. Larson slams the wall as Bowman drives by on the inside!
