NASCAR driver Chase Briscoe pulled over after Michigan race

Chase Briscoe wasn’t done speeding after the NASCAR race on Sunday

NASCAR drivers are fairly comfortable at high speeds. You might call that a requirement when they run 200mph for three and four hours at a time.

Watch the video of Chase Briscoe getting pulled over below.

Recently, Kyle Busch was pulled over during a bender of a vacation. In that case, Busch wasn’t the driver of the golf cart. That incident took place in the Bahamas.

Now, another NASCAR Cup Series driver has been pulled over. This time it was Chase Briscoe. Depending on the road, highway speeds are fairly close to pit road speed in NASCAR.

26-year-old, Briscoe was pulled over just hours after racing at Michigan International Speedway. He tweeted a video from the scene as he sat parked on the side of the highway. The rear view camera showed flashing red and blue lights behind him.

Chase Briscoe tweeted, “At least I wasn’t going 200 mph like earlier…”

His wife Marissa Briscoe joined the chat.

She commented on the video post below, “I told him about 8 times to slow down. I finally said ‘I hope you get pulled over’ and so we did :)”

Briscoe commented on his race earlier in the day at MIS stating, “Dang! Last restart was exciting was in the top 5 and the 1 car cut me off at the end and I just had no where to go and it put a huge hole in the nose for the last few laps and then we were just extremely tight. Ended up 11th and learned a lot. Onto Daytona!”
