Eldora Speedway results from the 50th annual World 100 on Saturday night
The near week long dirt late model show is set to come to a close in Rossburg, Ohio with a $53,000 payout. Eldora Speedway is set for the 50th annual World 100 at the half-mile dirt track.

One World 100 was already run on Thursday night. They’re back to do it again, it’s the makeup race from last year’s postponement. The double-World 100 weekend is nearly complete.

Green flag, Bloomquist noses ahead on the inside into turn one. Pierce knocks the cushion and pulls even off turn two. They remain side by side. Bloomquist drives it deep back in turn three, clear.
Lap 3, Johnny Scott works inside of Pierce in turn three, he clears Pierce.
Lap 5, Bloomquist leads Scott by 2 seconds. He rolls right through the middle as the track is heavy.
Lap 10, Bloomquist has caught the tail of the field. Stormy Scott begins closing, immediately.
Lap 16, Scott and Pierce have closed to the bumper of Bloomquist. Three cars battle for the lead.
Lap 18, Stormy Scott works to the outside of Bloomquist off turn four. He drives right by and completes the pass. Bloomquist is dropping through the field as he struggles in dirty air.
Lap 23, Overton works inside of Pierce an takes 2nd away. He’s charging to the front.

Lap 25, Overton looks inside of Stormy Scott as they run side by side for the lead. Scott holds the spot on the outside lane.
Lap 27, Stormy Scott slides Mike Norris, he doors him and shoves him in the wall. Norris slows, caution.
Green, Stormy Scott leads Overton into turn one.
Lap 37, Overton looks inside of Scott in the battle for the lead, Scott holds him off.
Lap 41, Overton works inside of Scott off turn four. He completes the pass in turn one, Overton leads.
Lap 45, Chad Simpson has a flat right rear, caution. Bloomquist and Weiss both pit for new tires.
Green, Overton leads as Pierce knocks the cushion and takes 2nd away.
Lap 49, caution for debris.
Green, Overton rolls the top as Pierce is right against the inside wall. Jonathan Davenport sticks his nose in the middle, three wide for the lead off turn two! Devin Moran spins behind them, caution.
Brandon Sheppard heads to the pit lane for new rear tires.
Green, Overton, Davenport and Pierce run three wide into turn one. Overton leads off turn two as Davenport takes 2nd away.
Lap 52, Mike Marlar clears Rick Eckert for 5th. Marlar has charged from 26th.

Lap 54, Bloomquist slows, caution.
Green, Davenport slides Overton into turn one. Davenport to the race lead as Overton holds 2nd.
Lap 61, Johnny Scott is in the wall, caution.
Green, Davenport slides Overton in turn one and he clears him off turn two.
28 to go, Bloomquist slows and the caution is out.
Green, Davenport leads Overton and Marlar off turn two.
27 to go, Marlar slides Overton into turn one but he can’t clear him.
23 to go
23 to go, Marlar slides Overton in turn three. He slams the door closed off turn four and takes 2nd away!
19 to go, Davenport leads Marlar by 1.5 seconds.
13 to go, Davenport has caught the tail of the field. Davenport clears two of them in a hurry
8 to go, Bobby Pierce slows, caution.
Green, Davenport leads Marlar and Overton off turn two.
5 to go, Davenport leads Marlar by five car lengths.
