Jessica Friesen is set to run two races in 2022
Last year, Jessica Friesen stepped up to make her NASCAR Truck Series debut. The avid dirt racer made his first and only start on the dirt surface at Knoxville Raceway. She finished 26th.
Last season, she also attempted to qualify for the Bristol Dirt race earlier in the year but was unable to do so.
Now, the 35-year-old returns to the series in 2022. Two dates set, both on the dirt. Friesen will drive the No. 62 on the Bristol Dirt Track as well as later in the season at Knoxville Raceway.
Trip Bruce will serve as the crew chief for both events.

“I’m pumped to get another shot with the truck on the dirt,” Jessica Friesen stated.
“I am beyond grateful to Halmar International and Chris Larsen for believing in Stewart and I, in this team and in our family. I’ve watched Chris, Stewart and Trip work very hard the past few years to build Halmar Friesen racing into a top NASCAR Camping World Series team.”
Friesen added, “We have an amazing group at HFR and the performance in 2022 is showing it. To get the opportunity to compete at this level is a racer’s dream. I get to do it again with my husband as my teammate and with our son by our sides.”
Jessica is married to NASCAR driver Stewart Friesen.
