Martinsville Speedway is currently hosting the ValleyStar Credit Union 300. The half-mile track is known to boil tempers.

The race was originally scheduled for Saturday night. However, weather has pushed the event to today.
Currently, late model teams are in the middle of heat race action. The top 10 cars transfer into the main event from each heat race.
Yet, a tangle on the race track has led to a pit area altercation. Multiple crew members from two teams were involved.
Punches were thrown and men found themselves wrestling on the concrete.
Unfortunately, a race car was an innocent bystander. The altercation took place near a line of racecar. One man was thrown into the No. 42 car, completely buckling the right front fender.
The feature event for the late model division is scheduled for 5:00pm ET.
