Josh Berry, Ryan Preece signed to Kevin Harvick Inc

Kevin Harvick Inc returns with a late model program; Two NASCAR Cup Series drivers signed

NASCAR Cup Series drivers Josh Berry and Ryan Preece have signed on with Kevin Harvick Inc. The drivers will compete in super late model races in November and December.

Berry will make his debut with the team in a Late Model Stock on November 11 for the Fall Brawl at Hickory Motor Speedway. He will pilot the No. 62 Ford Mustang.

Rodney Childers will serve as his crew chief for the late model event. The two will also be paired in 2024 at Stewart-Haas Racing with the No. 4 team

Josh Berry to replace Kevin Harvick in the No. 4 car

Ryan Preece will also jump behind the wheel of the No. 62 car. He’ll run the Snowball Derby at Five Flags Speedway. It will make Preece’s second attempt at the event.

Josh Berry comments

“I’m really looking forward to running the KHI late model,” said Berry.

“Late Model Stock racing is something I’ve done a lot of in the past, so to get to do that with KHI and Kevin as they are rebuilding is going to be a lot of fun.”

Ryan Preece comments

“The Snowball Derby is a prestigious race for all those full fender guys, and me coming from the Northeast and open wheels, I almost feel like the outlaw,” Preece said.

“That guys who is not from the series and I’m going to come in and try to take their trophy. Driving for Kevin Harvick and KHI, and representing Morton Buildings, it would mean a lot to me to bring the Tom Dawson trophy back to North Carolina and maybe back to Connecticut one day.”

Preece drives the No. 41 car for Stewart-Haas Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series.
