The FBI has entered the Rahal Letterman Lanigan headquarters
On Wednesday morning, RBI agents walked into Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing is Zionsville, Indiana.
The investigation began around 8:30am. It took place at the team headquarters located at 10771 Creek Way.
The team has issued a statement, seen below.
Zionsville Mayor John Stehr noted that the FBI asked them to assist as the FBI served a warent to the team. Local officers remained outside the building as the FBi entered.
The team is owned by Bobby Rahal, David Letterman and Mike Lanigan.
RLL fields three entries in the NTT Indycar Series. The cars are driven by Graham Rahal, Pietro Fittipaldi and Christian Lundgaard.
Rahal Letterman Lanigan Statement
The Indycar team issued the following statement:
“We are cooperating fully with investigators. Given that this is an ongoing investigation, we are limited in what information we can share right now, but we intend to provide additional information as soon as we can.”
The 2024 Indycar season came to a close last weekend at Nashville Superspeedway.
