Hear from Ricky Stenhouse Jr and Carson Hocevar ahead of the race at Pocono below.
It started several weeks ago as Hocevar drove it deep into the corner at Nashville Superspeedway. He drove right into the bumper of Stenhouse Jr, putting him into the wall.

The two drivers spoke on the phone after that incident. Stenhouse Jr told him on the phone that anything further would bring an altercation.
Last weekend in Mexico City, Hocevar made a near identical mistake. And once again, Stenhouse Jr was on the bad end as he was spun around off the front bumper of Hocevar.
Stenhouse Jr didn’t wait for a phone call after the incident in Mexico. He approached Hocevar on the pit lane.
After the race in Mexico, Stenhouse Jr walked right to the window net of Hocevar. “I’m going to beat your ass.”
Stenhouse Jr told Hocevar he was in for an altercation when the two NASCAR drivers returned to the United States. And here we are, a week later, the NASCAR Cup Series is racing at Pocono Raceway in Pennsylvania.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr hints that something will play out with Hocevar
There’s a storm brewing in the NASCAR Cup Series garage area. Today, Stenhouse Jr spoke to the ongoing feud with Hocevar:
“For me, I’m tired of giving the kid any publicity, anyway,” Stenhouse said. “I don’t know how it’s going to play itself out, but it will.”
In recent years, NASCAR hasn’t been shy to issue fines and/or penalties for altercations both on-track and off-track.

Carson Hocevar comments
22-year-old Carson Hocevar is aware that something is coming his way. He’s accepted it.
Hocevar stated, “You live in the world you make for yourself, and this is the world I’ve made.”
He added, “There’s nothing that I can do or say. I can’t go buy him a Hallmark card.”
This is far from the first feud Hocevar has brought on himself. He’s had a line of drivers angry with him after aggression on track.
The 2.5-mile of Pocono Raceway isn’t a track that is typically used for on-track payback. However, it has happened.
