Race Report
Green, Foster gets the jump and heโs clear. Lundgaard holds them off for 2nd. Multiple cars rub behind them.
Lap 15, Mick Schumacher is nose first into the tire barrier. Heavy wheel damage for him and heโs out of the race. The caution is out.
Christian Lundgaard heads for the pits from 2nd. Foster and most of the field stays out.
Green, Foster leads McLaughlin. Palou dives inside of Malukas for 6th. Hauger runs wide and Palou takes 5th. Palou is climbing through the field after an incident in qualifying.
Lap 20, Huager clips Rasmussen and OโWard in the hairpin. The field stacks up behind them, no caution.
Lap 31, Marcus Armstrong spins and stalls in the hairpin. The caution is out.
Foster pits from the race lead. Many cars stay out as they pitted just ahead of the caution. Nolan Siegel cycles to the race lead.
Green, Siegel leads Grosjean. Scott Dixon gets turned and Christian Rasmussen is collected, caution.
Green, Siegel runs wide exiting the hairpin and Grosjean takes the lead away. Foster takes 6th away from Palou in the same corner. Foster is climbing back to the front.
Lap 42
Lap 42, Foster dives inside of Ericsson for 3rd. He clips the inside wall and locks up. Foster runs straight into the concrete barrier. The caution is out.
Siegel pits from 2nd.
Green, Grosjean leads Marcus Ericsson and Will Power. Alexander Rossi picks up a flat tire after contact with Palou, no caution.
Lap 54
Lap 54, Grosjean pits from the lead under green. Seconds later, Kyle Kirkwood clips the inside wall and he slams the outside wall. The caution is out!
Green, Ericsson leads Power and Lundgaard. Siegel turns Newgarden into the hairpin, caution.
Power heads for the pit lane from 2nd. Lundgaard, OโWard and many others join him.
Green, Ericsson now leads Grosjean and McLaughlin.

23 to go, Ericsson leads Grosjean by 14 seconds. Heโs driving away. Ericsson is on the hard tire as Grosjean is on softs.
22 to go, Ericsson pits and heads the lead to Grosjean. He installs a set of soft tires for the run to the end. Ericsson comes out in 7th, heโs five seconds back of the leader.
18 to go, Palou dives inside of McLaughlin. Palou to 2nd! He trails Grosjean by 2.3 seconds.
14 to go, Palou pushes and he slips the tires. Grosjean opens the gap to 3 seconds.
13 to go, Power dives inside of McLaughlin for 3rd.
9 to go, Ericsson dives inside of Power for 3rd into the hairpin. Ericsson is on much faster tires than the leaders.
7 to go, Ericsson dives inside of Palou into the hairpin. Heโs clear for 2nd! Ericsson trails Grosjean by 2 seconds. Heโs closing fast.
5 to go, Ericsson has a run on Grosjean. Heโs on the button and Ericsson dives inside. Ericsson takes the lead away!
