Team Reaume issued the following statement on Sunday:
“Team Reaume confirms that Frankie Muniz will not compete in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event at Watkins Glen International due to a scheduling conflict with his GT4 America Racing program.”
“Muniz will be on track in GT4 competition at Sebring International Raceway on Friday where he currently sits third in the championship standings. The event schedule overlaps with NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race weekend activities at Watkins Glen requiring him to stop away from the No. 33 entry for this event.”
“Further announcements for the No. 33 entry will be made in the coming days.”
The Truck Series will take the green flag on Friday May 8th in Watkins Glen, New York.
