The home was originally listed in 2014 with a price of $2.8 million. The listing was taken off the market only to reappear in 2016. This time the price was $2.6 million. Months later it dropped to $2.4 million. Finally, in August the price was set at $2.2 million. It was dropped one final time and sold for $2,075,000.
The home is a European-style, waterfront home. It houses five bedrooms, nine bathrooms and over 7,600 square feet across 3 floors of space.
Over the course of the listing, the home was slightly renovated. In 2014, the home was placed on the market featuring an Old-World theme. In the most recent sale, the interior theme was far more contemporary.
