NASCAR playoff points standings and owner standings after Kansas Speedway
On Sunday, NASCAR raced a the 1.5-mile of Kansas Speedway. The race was the second of three in the opening round of the 2023 playoffs.

Playoff drivers who win in the opening round automatically advance into round two. Kyle Larson and Tyler Reddick are now locked into round two.
Martin Truex Jr won the regular season championship. However, he now finds himself below the playoff cutline after finishing last due to a car failure in the opening laps at Kansas.
This weekend, drivers head to Bristol Motor Speedway. Four drivers of the sixteen playoff drivers will be eliminated.
