NASCAR playoff standings after the race weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway

Las Vegas Motor Speedway just concluded a busy race weekend. The 1.5-mile hosted the opening race in the Round of 8 for the NASCAR Cup Series and Xfinity Series.

For the Cup Series, Kyle Larson is now locked into the championship race. Three more drivers are fighting for spots in the next two races.

This weekend, Homestead-Miami Speedway hosts the NASCAR Cup Series, Xfinity Series and Truck Series. It’s the final race in the Round of 8 for the Trucks, who will set their championship 4 after the event.

After the race at Las Vegas, playoff driver Ryan Blaney was disqualified. These point standings have been updated following the penalty.
