NASCAR driver Josh Berry joins the late model field in Georgia
It’s the final day of Speedfest in Cordele, Georgia. The 3/8-mile of Crisp Motorsports Park is set to host super late models on the 3/8-mile oval.

Josh Berry qualified 3rd. However, after failing inspection, he’ll be starting this race from the tail of the field.

Green flag, they run near even into turn one. Finch runs wide off turn two, Sutton leads off turn two.
Lap 2, Jett Noland works inside of Sutton. Noland takes the lead away.
Lap 15, Okrzesik is off track and the caution is out.
Green, Noland leads as they run side by side for 2nd. Casey Roderick takes 2nd away on the inside after starting in 8th.
Lap 20, Roderick works inside of Noland in the battle for the lead. He clears him and Roderick takes the lead away.
Lap 25, Josh Berry spins from 17th and the caution is out. Conner Okrzesik is also off track.
“These guys drive like old people f***s,” Okrzesik tells Racing America.
Green, they run even into turn one. Roderick clears Noland and holds the lead off turn two.
Lap 31, Stephen Nasse is the car on the move. He just claimed 3rd after starting outside the top 10.
Lap 34, Kraus gets sideways off turn four. Vameter is collected and the caution is out.
Green, Bubba Pollard runs even with Roderick for the lead. Pollard takes the lead away via the outside lane!
Lap 69, Pollard works heavy lap traffic. Roderick has closed right to his bumper in the battle for the lead.
Competition Caution
Lap 76, the competition caution is out. Drivers will head to the pit lane for adjustments. Most of the leader elect not to take new tires. Nasse is the first car to put two fresh tires on.
Green, Pollard gets the jump from the outside lane and he’s clear into turn one.
Lap 78, Nasse has fresh right side tires. He pulls even with Craig for 4th. Nasse takes the spot.
Lap 100, Pollard has caught the tail of the field. He slices through lap traffic as Roderick trails by 1 second.
Lap 109, Dustin Smith spins from 14th, caution.
Pollard and Roderick head for the pit lane. Nasse stays out and takes over the race lead.
Green, Nasse leads Sutton off turn two. Sutton leans on the bumper of Nasse into turn three. Nasse holds the lead.
Lap 120, Roderick has climbed to 3rd with slightly fresher tires. Pollard is all over his bumper and they’re both on the same strategy.
Lap 125, Pollard works inside of Roderick for 3rd. Pollard completes the pass on the inside.
Lap 128, Pollard heads for the top in turn three. He builds a run and pulls to the right rear of Sutton off turn four. Pollard completes the pass and takes 2nd away on the outside lane into turn one.
15 to go, Pollard has closed to the bumper of Nasse in the battle for the lead.
14 to go, Pollard works inside of Nasse. They run side by side for the lead. They rubs doors as they slice through lap traffic. Pollard takes the lead away!
