Main Event

Green flag, Pierce heads for the top and he leads off turn two. They run three wide for 2nd, Shannon Babb wins that battle.

Lap 2, Babb works the inside, Pierce knocks the cushion. Babb works by him on the inside off turn four.

Lap 3, Pierce and Babb bang fenders for the lead. Pierce retakes the lead.

Lap 5, Babb has a run on Pierce, he pulls alongside but the door closes. Alberson takes 2nd away.

Lap 10, Larson slows with a suspension issue. The caution is out.

Green, Pierce leads Alberson. Most of the field is glued to the inside lane.

Lap 20, Pierce slips off the bottom. Alberson fills the hole in a hurry. Pierce holds him off as they exit the corner. Pierce drops right back to the bottom and takes the lane away to hold the lead.

5 to go, Pierce is all over the bumper of lap traffic. Pierce jumps over his left rear! Alberson gives the top a shot but he can’t pull alongside.
