The new NASCAR tv show will be released January 30th
The new NETFLIX NASCAR tv show is set to debut via the streaming platform on January 30th. It’s a mini-series that follows the lives of drivers in the NASCAR Cup Series.
The show was filmed during the 2023 playoff run. It follows playoff drivers both to the track and back to their homes away from the track.
Many drivers have been critical of the invasive filming process. Believe it or not, some of the drivers aren’t a fan of giving the world full access to their lives.
It sounds similar to NASCAR: 360 a show that aired in 2004-2005. It took you behind the scenes, with most of the focus on Kevin Harvick.
Drivers and teams also have no editing rights. NETFLIX was given exclusive editing rights to the show. They can put in anything they film.
Joey Logano stated, “Watch what you say and watch what you do because they can use it. And they can edit it in a way that makes you look completely different than the actual situation that was happening.”

Dale Earnhardt Jr was given early access to the show. And, he has nothing but positive things to say about the show.

“I’ve watched it and it’s better than anything,” Dale Earnhardt Jr stated via his Dirty Mo Media podcast.
“If you think about all the pieces that would be comparable to what NETFLIX did. What was on USA a couple years ago. Any of the stuff that I was a part of in my career that was sort of off-track, on-track.”
“I’m telling you man, this is so good. You are literally in these people’s homes. They’re getting out of bed and the first things they’re doing in the morning.”
“I’ve known Denny forever and I’ve been around him, at his house. I feel like I know the dude pretty good. This was cool.”
“We all hear things about people. And it makes us want to know what it’s really like. What the relationships they have are really like. And so, you get to see.”
“They can’t hide from the truth in these moments. They can’t fake it.”
“Denny, can’t cook breakfast. Cannot. You’ll see.”
