Ryan Blaney was air-blocking Ross Chastain at Las Vegas Motor Speedway
In the 2023 championship race at Phoenix Raceway, Ryan Blaney and Ross Chastain found themselves in a battle for the win. It led to Blaney beating on the rear bumper of Chastain.
Over the radio, Blaney was furious, “F****** piece of sh**, air blocking mother f****!”
Blaney would go on to claim the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series championship. Ross Chastain grabbed the race win.
“I know he’s mad and I don’t care,” Ross Chastain stated after winning the race.

On Sunday, NASCAR raced at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Toward the end of Sunday’s race at Las Vegas, Ross Chastain found himself behind Ryan Blaney once more. This time, it was Blaney doing the air-blocking.
After the race, Chastain found it interesting that Blaney turned the tables…
“I really just ran as fast as I could there at the end,” Ross Chastain told Bob Pockrass.
“It was pretty cool to see Blaney blocking me at the end. Pretty cool to see his evolution with air-blocking.”
Chastain concluded, “Proud of him.”
