On Saturday night, The Easy-Kleen Super Late Model Series raced at Speedway 660. The track is a 1/3-mile bullring oval in New Brunswick, Canada.

Watch the late model crash video below.

Kevin Moore was working the outside lane. Darren MacKinnon entered turn one through the middle lane and this forced Moore to run even wider.

Exiting turn two, Moore was barely on the right-rear quarter panel of MacKinnon. He stayed in the throttle and ran out of racetrack.

Moore dropped a wheel. He was off the track at a high rate of speed down the backstretch.

The No. 88 car found a berm and launched right over it like a ramp. He was off the track and into the sky by at least 10 feet.

The car crashed back to Earth but according to the series, the driver is okay.

Super Late Model Series comments

Moments after the crash, the series commented:

They opened, “A WILD and crazy ride for Kevin Moore – but he walked away!”

“Things were going well for Kevin Moore Saturday night in the Easy Kleen Pressure Systems LTD. 150 – until they weren’t. The veteran driver was cruising inside the top 8 and battling with Darren MacKinnon (#16) and Ryan Messer (#1), but would end up going for a wild ride on the backstretch on lap 63.”

“Safety crews attended the scene immediately and Kevin was able to climb out of his car and walk away! We are all so thankful Kevin is ok after this one!”
