Hendrick Motorsports has also announced a sponsorship extension
UniFirst has signed a 5-year extension of their sponsorship with Hendrick Motorsports. The new deal is extended through the 2028 season.
The company will serve as the primary sponsor for three races in 2022 and again in 2023. That will increase to 5 races between 2024-2028.
At the end of the 2022 season, Chase Elliott will need a new contract or an extension with Hendrick Motorsports. Rick Hendrick has previously stated that he’s confident in coming to an agreement with Elliott with an multi-year extension.
Elliott claimed his first career NASCAR Cup Series championship back in 2020. The HMS team followed up last year, with teammate Kyle Larson claiming the title.
