Indycar qualifying results from Road America
Tomorrow, the Indycar Series takes the green flag in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. Today, the field is set to roll to the track for a round of knockout qualifying at Road America.

Scott Dixon was forced to go to a backup car after a crash with Will Power in the second practice session. The car is not handling in qualifying and after a spin, Dixon is unable to advance out of round 1.
Ryan Hunter-Reay is off track in turn during Group 2 in the first round of qualifying. His car is buried in the tires.
Will Power struggled in the opening round of qualifying after the team made repairs. He went off track and failed to advance out of the first round.
Kyle Kirkwood advances into the final round. However, he’s off track in turn 8 at the tail end of the second round of qualifying. The car went up in flames before he pulled off.
Colton Herta will start from the pole position with a laptime of 1:40.1945.
