Wild West Shootout results from the finale at Central Arizona Raceway
This event started over a week ago. Tonight, it’s the finale of the mini-series on the 3/8-mile of Central Arizona Raceway as dirt late model drivers battle for $25,000-to-win. The leader will earn an extra $500 per lap lead in the feature event bringing the total to a possible $50,000 win.

Green, Pierce leads Erb and O’Neal off turn two.
O’Neal clears Erb for 2nd. Pierce leads by over 2 seconds.
30 to go, slow car and the caution is out. Pierce has lost a 3 second lead with this yellow.
Green, Pierce leads Erb and Alberson off turn two. Davenport is slicing through the field.

Green, Pierce leads with O’Neal on his fuel cell.
22 to go, O’Neal heads for the cushion. He builds momentum, O’Neal crosses under Pierce and he takes the lead away.

21 to go, Pierce slides O’Neal. He leaves a lane but not an inch more. They rub doors off the corner! O’Neal is around in front of the field! O’Neal does a full 360 and keeps going. The caution is out.
O’Neal kept his momentum despite the spin, he’ll restart 2nd.
