Kyle Busch called Alex Bowman following rant at Las Vegas

The two NASCAR drivers have had communications following the wave of f-bombs from Kyle Busch
Kyle Busch was heading to victory on Sunday at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. However, a late race caution put the race into overtime and sent the leaders to the pit lane for the 2-lap shootout.
Three Hendrick Motorsports cars took just two tires. That locked out the front row for the final restart. Busch was the first car to the pit exit with four tires. However, that Bowman held him and the rest of the field off to claim his first win of 2022.
Kyle Busch hates losing. And he was highly frustrated on the radio after the race.
“The same fucking guy that backs into every fucking win that he ever fucking gets, backs into another fucking win. Bullshit!” Busch radioed to his team.
“I talked to Kyle Monday night, and he was just mad because he lost the race,” Alex Bowman told SIRIUS XM NASCAR Radio.
“Like he wasn’t mad at me. I didn’t do anything to him.”
“Kyle and I have always raced each other with respect. He was just mad that he lost the race, and I was the one on the other end of the rant.”
“Obviously, Kyle’s really passionate. We’ve seen that from him for a long time, and I was in the fire on that one, but he basically just said he was mad about losing the race and didn’t mean to be so disrespectful to me.”
Hours later, Bowman announced plans to release a t-shirt, noting the rant. By Tuesday, those shirts were featured on the driver’s website.
The ‘All luck, no skill’ t-shirts are selling, fast. And proceeds going to a good cause, animal shelters.
Bowman has done that in the past as well. Last year, Denny Hamlin called Bowman a ‘Hack’ following a confrontation at Martinsville Speedway. ‘Hack’ shirts were almost immediately available online.
Bowman added, “It’s cool to be able to raise the money for homeless pets,” Bowman said, “and it’s been fun to see all the fan interaction with the T-shirts because we’re definitely selling a lot of them.”
Kyle Busch has embraced the situation as well. He marked items in his online store 48% off, Alex Bowman’s car number.
