Bill Elliott was the 1998 NASCAR Cup Series champion. He collected 44 race wins in the series leading him to an induction in the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2015.
Elliott won NASCAR’s Most Popular Drivers award, 16 times.
The car was raced in the 2000 season. It was the final season Elliott operated his own race team before selling to Ray Evernham.
The chassis work was done by Ronnie Hopkins Enterprises. It ran it’s last race at 2000 Michigan International Speedway in the Pepsi 400.
The car is not street legal. It remains in race-ready condition.
