NASCAR Xfinity Series features two rounds of knockout qualifying:
Round 1
Duration: 25 min
Round 1 is on track. It’s a 25 minute session and only the top 12 cars will advance.
15 minutes remain in round one, Hemric has locked up and run off into the grass. He rolls through the grass and returns to the pit lane.
12 minutes remain, Sage Karam is making his NASCAR debut this weekend. Karam is flirting with a top 12 run in this session.
8 minutes remain, Hemric is back on track and set to turn his first complete lap. Hemric jumps to 12th.
6 minutes remain, Sam Mayer locks up into turn one. He bails on the rest of the lap with flatspotted tires and returns to the pit lane.
4 minutes remain, JJ Yeley has found the grass with a possible brake issue, no caution.
2 minutes remain, Gray Gaulding is limping back to the pit lane with a flat right front tire following a lockup into turn one.
Ty Gibbs is quickest at the conclusion of round one!

3 minutes remain, Ty Gibbs is on track for the first time in round two.
1 minute remains, Cindric is back on track for another run. Currently, he’s 2nd, four tenths down on Allgaier.
