The race in Downtown, St. Louis, Missouri was canceled last year. It’s returned with another $30,000 payday for Saturday’s event on the 1/5-mile oval.

Back in September, Bobby Pierce unloaded a Scooby-Doo themed car at Eldora Speedway. The car ran in the World 100 weekend.

Now, the Mystery Machine has been modified for wintertime racing. The Oakwood, IL team released images of the new car on Sunday.

“The Dome wrap featuring Scooby-Doo and the gang,” Pierce tweeted with images of the new wrap.

The base colors of the car have been updated to red and green. Across the number reads, “That Meddling Kid.”

Scooby, Shaggy and Velma remain on the side of the car. They’ve been updated with Santa hats.

A door and quarter panel will be auctioned off. Raffle tickets can be purchased as Pierce’s apparel tent inside the Dome. The winner of the auction will be announced after Saturday’s finale.

Pierce is a former winner of the Gateway Dirt Nationals. He grabbed the victory in 2018.
